"I've communicated with Heather in Lateef's office for years, and I've been happy with her willingness to help and with how much she knows about the finer details of the insurance business. I appreciate having one specific person to turn to each time I have a question or concern. In so many businesses, there's no continuity of care, but that's not a problem here. My rating is based on quality customer service; I have not recently investigated pricing with other insurance companies, so I can't speak to whether their pricing is the best. However, I'm happy at State Farm because of the quality customer service."

"FIVE AND A HALF WEEKS AGO the office manager said she assured me that Lateef would call me back, FIVE AND A HALF WEEKS AGO. She is lazy, duplicitous, and says whatever comes to mid to get you off the phone so she can go back to ignoring any issues. Monday AM I had to call State Farm Corporate to initiate cancelling my policies, and then called the local office, she 'assured' me (she does that a lot) and said SHE would email me before COB. OF COURSE she did not. I called State Farm Corporate last night and they sent an email to the local office to assist me and get the email done. This morning the local State Farm refused my call AGAIN. I went to GEICO and they took care of me within 10 minutes had policies forwarded, and 50% cheaper. Their (GEICO's) professionalism and follow through is light years ahead of State Farm & Lateef Kirsten's agency. Do yourself a favor and leave State Farms and the exorbitant pricing and abysmal service and check GEICO out. Get the service you deserve and have paid for."

"State Farm is terribly overpriced. I got a rock chip in my windshield and went to Jiffy Lube to get it fixed. They told me that State Farm is the only major insurance company that does NOT waive the comprehensive deductible to cover the $50 to fix a rock chip. I called this State Farm office to see if they would waive the charge and they said no. I switched to Geico and literally saved $200 every 6 months for better coverage and they DO cover the rock chip. I have been a customer of State Farm since 1977. I now realize that I have been paying way too much for insurance."

"Horrible services! I can name any cons you can come up with insurance services. Slow, very rude assistants, they love to get into their customer's personal businesses, they ignore customer's requests, hard to get a hold of them, anything you can think of! I used to love State Farm but Lateef Kirsten's office is the reason why I moved to Progressive. "Like a good neighbor State Farm is there"?? Not with these guys. Make rest of the State Farm guys look bad. Esp. the ones that work hard. My parents also had policy with them for a very long time and they were very rude to my parents. My parents are genuinely nice people. They just wanted general services from them and after all these years of business we gave them, they are still very rude to my parents. I've never left a bad review on anybody before. This is how bad they are and how disappointed I am. They should be thankful that I didn't report it directly to someone that is in charge. I wish there were worse than "Poor - Fair" that I can give them."
